Case against Arundhati Roy must be withdrawn. Govt is using UAPA to sidetrack court orders

The right or wrong of what Arundhati Roy said isn’t the issue today. Arguments over it can’t be allowed to deflect from the fact that state is using UAPA to sidetrack statutory limitation, higher courts injunctions to retrospectively reopen a case after 14 years. This is condemnable, must be withdrawn.
